All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by this website. You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. You will receive an email, to the email address you registered on our website, with tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched. If an order is placed on national holidays or weekends, it will be processed on the following working day.
MAKRI S.A. makes every effort to dispatch items within 10 working days, however we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. In any event, the goods will be delivered to the customer no later than 15 working days following the confirmation email we send you of the order.
Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, and you have not notified us by email of your request unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the safety seal in tact.

To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase you received with your package.

There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
